Many contractors provide designs, specifications and quotations which can prove far more expensive than is necessary for the risk. Our costs would be more than compensated for by having the correct specification at the start of the project.  This is particularly true as a number of contractors are telling their clients that under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 they must substantially upgrade their Fire Equipment when in most cases this is not correct.

Let us do all the hard work for you! Many of our clients request that following on from Advice Given, Designs Submitted or Risk Assessments, we issue tender documents to a number of contractors, obtain quotations and advise on the benefits of each quotation.

The decision remains totally with the client and substantial savings can be made by using our extensive knowledge of contractors and their practices. This allows us to monitor and contain the economic costing whilst ensuring that the works are carried out efficiently to the terms of the contract and in accordance with the relevant legislation and British Standards.  This is particularly important today with the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
